Rewinding of 25 HP Motor of LIS Khanpora by way of following: • Dismantling of motor from the base frame by way of opening of bolts and dissembling of motor and pump assembly coupling. The job includes dragging of motor from lower contour to upper contour and then dragging to loading site, loading in a private vehicle and shifting it to the workshop and unloading it there. The job also includes the shifting of motor back to site after repairs, refitting of motor at site and testing on full load. • Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator rotor assembly and assessing the damages. The job includes extraction of damaged, windings from slots of stator. • Complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of specified gauge and quality [20 Kg]. • Providing and fitting of insulating material in the slots of stator including bamboo strips, lathered paper and PVC etc. • Providing/ fitting of ball bearing 6309 (02 Nos.) of any reputed make with adequate greasing. • Machining, turning and finishing of the rotor assembly on the lathe to remove slight unevenness/ bend. • Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish and heat treatment by using conventional method. • Re-assembling of stator rotor assembly carefully without causing damage to winding and testing on no load at workshop. • Charges include cost on account of deduction of copper scrap as 80% of weight of copper [i.e. 80% of 20 kg]

Rewinding of 10 HP Motor of LIS Sultanpora by way of following: • Dismantling of motor from the base frame by way of opening of bolts and dissembling of motor and pump assembly coupling. Repairs to the 15 HP Submersible, 2900 rpm, 03-phase motor coupled to 20 lps, 50-meter head pump of LIS Zangli by Way of following: • Dismantling of the complete unit at site from suction/ delivery sides and power cables and cradle, shifting to the workshop, repairing, shifting back to site, re-fitting and successful testing on full load. Job includes repairing / fabrication and providing / replacement of following items. • Rewinding of motor by taking out burnt copper coils, making and insertion of winding as per sample, making new connections. (13 Kg) • Charges on account of highly skilled labour, tapping and sleeves used during rewinding and testing of motor at site. • Cost on account of associated/consumable items like crimpled paper, sleeves, PVC paper, bamboo sticks, thread, etc. • Replacement of rubber packing for suction and delivery flange of pump. • Replacement of damaged lifting bolts (01 No.)

Repairs to oil immersed 20 HP star/ delta Starter of Zangli LIS by way of following: • Replacement of damaged copper contact points [moving, stationary, front, rear] as per sample at site (half set each) • Replacement of tripping coil at site • Providing/ filling of T Oil for topping up at site (03 ltrs) • Replacement of damaged 16mm square, 3-core copper cable (20 meters)
