Providing 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring(1:2:4) with 20mm to 6mm size graded stone chips finished with flooring coat of neat cement in panels..do..complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size(G.I Pipes) by welding etc ,balcony railing including applying primer coat of approved steel primer as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing designation 75 B Brick work in C.M(1:4) in Pillars for fixing Railings in superstructure as per building specifications and directions of E/I

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 6mm. Thick cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing two coat snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper. Scaffolding, curing and taxes all complete as pr building specification and direction of E/I

Supplying, fitting & fixing rolling shutter made as per approved design and drawing properly fabricated with joints continuous fitted, welded and finished smooth, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 2 coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of approved shade and make over STEEL SURFACE grills& railings including cleaning the surface thoroughly scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Wiring for light point/fan point with 1.5 mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit,with modular switch,modular plate,suitable GI box as etc as required.
