Tightening of EPDM screws in GI profile sheet roofing including fixing of missing screws, arresting roof leakage by providing and applying sealant compound/ GI washers and other roof leaking arresting materials wherever required over EPDM screws including providing safety measures for the labourers to work at higher elevation viz., ropes etc., insurance coverage for labourers and hiring of required T&P etc complete.

Cleaning of storm water drains in all depths and width including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts, filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premesis as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge and the drain to be kept clean during the period of monsoon.

Cleaning of service water drains around godown in all depths and width including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts, filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premesis as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the drain to be kept clean during the period of monsoon.

Servicing to the rolling shutters including cleaning the side guides, springs and shaft etc., with kerosene oil, providing and applying freash grease, applying tension to the springs, replacing damaged parts and welding locking plates, stoppers etc., wherever necessary etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (Rolling shutter parts like lathes, springs etc. will be supplied at free of cost)

Supplying rolling shutter springs of 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no.2 for rolling shutters etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of 80x1.25mm machine rolled lathes/ bottom plates arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation etc.complete of required thickness etc. for rolling shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissiong of turbo ventilators size 22" of stainless steel 430 grade having approximate weight 4.85 kg. The ventilator should have air absorption of 7 km/hr, 2440 CFM with blade length 369m, wings of 80mm, outer wings 22"-24 no.s., inner wings 22"-6 no.s, with self lubricating ball bearings etc., complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar which will be paid for separately.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slagcement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows & desertory other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded starheaded SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N(Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame ofmClass A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus sideshall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shallbe made. Frame size 45 x 70 mm
