SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-197 (OTM ACCN) AT RAIWALA MIL STN

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition upto and including on the Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work removal of debris and rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of quoted by contractor including following (1 ) Demoliton shall be done by mechanical means (2) In order to prevent direct impact on lower slab/ structure the contractor should maintain proper safety arrangement such as - (a) slab and beam cut small pieces and temporary shoring & propping to be provided. (b) Debris shall be lowered through chute or mechanical means, no throwing of debris from height ( c ) Providing and fixing heavy duty HDPE green debris safety net below demolition area to prevent falling debris.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor/ roof beam, cantilevers, lintel over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binderscut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning the surface. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by torch applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only. 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adehessive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 with cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish confirming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas,fins,facias ,parapets ,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto two storey buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc complete all as specified and directed.Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded mesh is to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
