Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes,etc and hoisting reconnecting and re-fixing in position etc.including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles,padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the 'V' grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosrocs heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 , coving all the 90 degree angles, slab/wall junctions with Conbextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 25 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering plaster with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture of Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent , etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degrees C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180 N by torch application including min 10 cm side over lap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 10 Kg /Sqm all as specified etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for anodised aluminium snap grid 605 x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling all etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

S & F 6 mm Non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber framework with screws or with staples on snap grid etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provide for etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick and watered and rammed to a true surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting etc in soft and loose soil and getting out all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate), type C- 2, as in floor, path, hardstanding etc.finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), type B- 1, as in floor, path, hardstanding etc.finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L chipping off the disintegrated concrete floor and sides and clean the area with wire brush and coir brush. Seal the disturbed area with polymer modified mortar using Fosroc admixture nitobond SBR latex or equivalent. Coving has to be done at all the corners with polymer modified mortar using Fosroc Nitobond SBR latex or equivalent. Seal all the plumbing lines sand holes with Fosroc non shrink grout Conbextra GP2 or equivalent. keep the water on sunken tanks and floors for 24 hrs for observing the leakages and to ensure water tightness. Pressure grouting has to be done at all the damaged areas/ joints with Fosroc admixture Cabex 100 or equivalent. Water proof the area with Fosroc Acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating, Brush bond RFX or equivalent in two coats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plastering (10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing Compound)the surface and providing a spout with sufficient slope, applying a coat of bituminous primer on the surface @.20 kg/Sqm, laying 4mm thick, APP modified membrane water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160g/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800 N/5 cm, tearing strength of 180 N on the surface with 10 cm minimum overlap ,Sealing the joints of the membrane using LPG torch complete all as specified and directed.(spout will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for wooden flooring system, maple hardwood sports floors (FIVB or SRFI certified), EN tested North American hardwood maple of size 20 mm thickx57/83 mm width, tongue & groove system 38 mm x 63.5 mm x 1.22 metre treated pine wood sleepers installed at 9" (23 cm) distance with 19mm thick power pads sanded, kiln & dried treated, with vapour barrier of 6 mil polyethylene laid on the IPS with and including provision of self levelling course with Ardex CL-11 (Self-smoothening cementitious underlay) in average 3-4 mm thickness with two coats of primer Ardex P-51 (the first coat shall be diluted with water (1:3) and second coat diluted with water (1:1) after preparation of surface, repairing of Pot hole/crack/joint filling etc it any with repair mortar complete as per manutacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Supply and installation of approved free standing squash Court glass back wall made of 12 mm thick toughened safety glass with four panels, 1 door, 4 fines, fixtures and fittings and all the materials required for erecting the glass walls. The height of the glass wall will be 2130 mm above the finished floor level and width 6400 mm, The lock/Handle shall be of SS finish, all hinges except L hinges shall be black powder coated, L hinges shall be transparent (Acrylic material) including dismantling existing glass back wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) for plinth protection etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) etc as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even .for receiving wall tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating points of contact of wood work with masonry / concrete by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litre/hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating soil under existing floor at internal junctions with wall using chemical emulsion @ 1.00 ltr per hole , 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with CM 1:2 to match the existing floors , all as specified and directed.

M&L for chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars, removing the debris with in a lido of 100 meters etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd.) or Amandur ,(manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing additional reinforcement bars of 10mm dia and over in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including the charges for cutting , bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) complete Including the cost of steel bars.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately) .

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of Antifungal paint (Apex ultima Protek of Asian paint or Equivalent in approved Makes) over a coat of Exterior primer (Professional pack of Asian paints) over a coat of external wall care putty n.exc 2 mm thick on new or old prepared plastered external surfaces and including removal of existing treatment by scrapping , washing , rubbing down and stopping of surfaces of wall and including use of scaffolding and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing , support complete all as specified. Note : Height of the Bldg is approx 6.00 mtrs.

M&L preparation of surfaces of ceiling by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on old surfaces ceiling over a coat of primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling over a coat of primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on internal wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on internal wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old/new works with one or more coats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mid steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc. all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel grills/railings/benches fixed to walls/floors of Grade-316 including all pieces, drilling holes, swelling, buffing, welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable aluminium windows/doors with frame exc 1.5 Sqm and grills complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable aluminium ventilator/windows with frame not exc 1.5 Sqm and grills complete all as specified.

S&F for powdered coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 5.5 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable ceiling fan from any height and transporting the same for work shop for opening, cutting and taking out Job complete burnt winding coils of Ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire as per original pattern including" varnishing complete and assembly after oiling/greasing and replacing the worn out nuts. bolts and washers testing the fan on load for two hours and refix the same on previous location complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan from any height and transporting the same for work shop for opening, cutting and taking out complete burnt winding coils of exhaust. fan of 400 mm sweep and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire as per original pattern including varnishing complete and assembly after oiling/greasing and replacing the worn out nuts.bolts and washers testing the fan on load for two hours and refix the same on previous location including renewal of old louver of exhaust fan all as specified and as directed.

M & L earthing complete with Gl earth plate Electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check and washers of G I or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt -I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including Gl pipe 15 mm dia light grade for earth wire protection, necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC chamber and MS cover connecting lead wire from test point to Main DB complete all as specified & as directed

Excavation in trenches for underground cable n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil including bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and welll ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L riddle Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Gi pipe light grade 50mm for cable protection under road/floor or fixed to wall/panel complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down old GI pipes.
