OD58220/2026-2027:Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth between 40cm to 60cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete. (Minimum length of wooden log 120 cm)

OD58221/2026-2027:Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth between 60cm to 90cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete. (Minimum length of wooden log 120 cm)

OD58222/2026-2027:Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth between 90cm to 120cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete. (Minimum length of wooden log 120 cm)

2.31:Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

15.56:Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

13.1.1:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

OD5765/2026-2027:Removing Arayal and other tree growth from sunshades and roof of the building applying chemicals to distruct the root to complete for further growth.

OD5763/2026-2027:Clearing the blocked up sewage line using sewage clearing rod and put up the same in working order etc. complete as per the direction of site engineer in charge.
