CIVIL WORK

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortor and including stacking of dismantled material as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) as per S.I. No. 692.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(Loam, Clay, or sand) including . Lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30 mm and including filling watering and ramming of excavted earth into the treches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per derected by the Engineer-in- charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenchess (S.I, no 251)

Soling out or pumping out water to keep trenches dry excavation of trenches other construction and laying the sewer etc. copmlete.

Hire labour charges for 5 cm thick timber shoring (A) From 0 m to 3 m below Ground Level for Man hole etc. complete.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast, sand of 1.25 FM, and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in fondation and under floor including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 273.

Supply and Laying of 450 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe with coller jointing with cement mortor including Loading Unloading charge, labour, T&P etc. complete but including cost of hume pipe as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI.No.NS-5 (A) (v).

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 305.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 584.

Laying Cement Concrete road, slab consisting of 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm gauge stone ballast over prepared sub-grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber and including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, finished to required template as directed by E/I. but excluding cost metal required for reflection of the sub-grade As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 773.
