S&F coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X 200X 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified.

M & L for 9-10 mm thick light coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, of size in floors, not exc 0.36 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 7 but as in skirting with over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1;3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick complete all as specified.

M & L 4mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to MS framework with screws including preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of white wash in ceiling complete including taking down old sheet complete all as specified.

S & F joist channel, angle or tee section fixed independently without connection plates etc ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 complete all as specified.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with one No MS handle per leaf made of FI 25 x 3 mm made to shape Appx 200 mm in length and two Nos 150mm long MS tower bolt welded to each shutter including 150 mm long peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills grating etc with and soft bars shouldrs of riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work all as spd made of 12mm square bars complete all as specified.

S&F steel ventilator with top hung shutter including steel peg handle complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.
