Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar (Usefull Bricks may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads of : G.S. Sheet (Usefull material like G.S. Sheet , ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within all leads. (Dismantled usefull material like angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading up to approved dumping site, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Cutting in earth work by mechanical/manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load, and mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of all surplus excavated earth/soil upto approved dumping site, which shall be arranged by the contractor at his own, and shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.
Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundations, trenches etc, in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jump work, blasting work, by blasting or chiseling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc, complete and lift up to all heights and than clear from the edge of the excavation and than returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (Fifteen centimeter) layer into the plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to dumping site, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five meter)in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all leads. : Ordinary rock, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (Zero point fifty milimeter) (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 (One hundred twenty) grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 (Five to Seven) microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 (Fifteen to Eighteen) microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 (Twenty five) microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 (Twelve) metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to Twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimeter) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth within all leads, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Supplying and stacking at site. 90 mm to 45 mm (Ninety milimeter to Forty five milimeter)size stone aggregate, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 (Three) wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight to Ten) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 80 mm (Eighty milimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 (Thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 (Thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
