Comprehensive maintenance contract of RMPUs fitted in AC coaches- POH activity at AC Section of Carriage Repair Shop, Tirupati for a period of 24 months
The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VI(B), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer should be OEM or RDSO approved source of RMPU manufacturer dispensing Technical & Financial eligibility criteria as per Railway Board's Letter No. 94/Elect (TRS)/441/1 Pt.III dated 12.06.2013 Or for other than OEM/RDSO approved sources, Any following work and/or combination of (a) to (e) below:- (a) Preventive/Corrective maintenance of RMPUs in AC coaches running over Indian Railways. (Or) (b) Repair/Servicing/Rehabilitation of RMPUs/Compressors/Control Panels of RMPUs in AC coaches running over Indian Railways. (Or) (c) Installation/Commissioning of RMPUs in AC coaches running over Indian Railways. (Or) (d) Annual/Comprehensive maintenance contract of RMPUs and its control panels of AC coaches running over Indian Railway. (Or) (e) Supply, Installation/Erection and commissioning or Maintenance of AC package unit (Centralized, Cassette, Multi-V)/ Refrigeration systems (With or Without supply of Machinery /Plant)/Chiller plants of Air conditioning or Refrigeration (with or without supply of Machinery/Plant/Equipment) in central Government/State Government or their public Sector Undertakings. a) The tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Contractor should have GST Registration and Certificate should be submitted along with tender. The Tenderer should be GST Compliant. No Bills will be acceptable without GST Registration, which is mandatory after starting of GST Implementation. Responsibility for remitting the GST lies with the Tenderer. This GST will be reimbursed on submission of proof of payment to the Government at prevailing rates for this work.

STATUTORY VARIATION CLAUSE: Any addition or variation of statutory taxes, levies and duties after the date of opening of tender shall be paid to the contractor after production of necessary document proof. Similarly benefit of reduction/abolition of duties, taxes or levies, if any, should be passed on to Railway.

The contractor should have to pay statutory payments like EPF, ESI & Bonus etc., to the contract staff engaged for the subject work without fail and proof of such payments made shall have to be submitted to railways along with the bills for ensuring the compliance. However, Railways will not reimburse the same to the contractor.

The General Conditions of Contract governing the performance of the works covered by this tender are the Indian Railway Standard General Conditions of Contract as amended from time to time up to date. A soft copy of the Indian Railway Standard General conditions of Contract is uploaded in the annexed documents to the tender. Hard copy may be perused in the office of the Assistant Divisional Electrical Engineer/Carriage Repair Shop/Tirupati. Insubmitting his tender it would be deemed that the tenderer has kept himself fully informed of the provision of the IRS General conditions of Contract including all corrections and Amendments issued up to date and claim that he is not aware of any amendment or correction slip to the IRS GCC shall not be entertained

CORRIGENDUM NOTICE ON IREPS: [I]Railway may modify the tender document by issuing online corrigendum through www.ireps.gov.in [II] Prospective Bidders shall keep watch for CORRIGENDUM upto 15 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
