M&L for excavation in trenches for manually soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for taking out anytype of water tubing, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator ) soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for taking out anytype of water tubing, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for taking up 100 mm bore cast iron CI/MS/DI water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints complete all as specified and dirercted. Note:- Any damage to other device like electric supply communication cable, sewage system etc during execution of work shall be rectified and make good by the contractor without any extra cost.

S&F of 100 mm bore DI pipe centrifugally cast of class K-7 with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints including rubber gasket complete all as specified and dirercted. S&F as in replacement of DI specials such as bends(any type, radius and angle),tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs of sizes 100 mm to 300mm bore complete all as specified and dirercted.

M&L for repair/rectification of leakage in existing rising/deiliver 50/80 mm bore CI pipe spigot/socketed end, including taking down out of existing lead and rejoining the same by using necessary additional lead, lead wool, spun yarn etc including testing, commissioning of CI pipe line by any type of special tools & plants such as JCB & material (such as detachable joints/leak repair clamp suitable for CI fittings, coller/short pieces of pipes or any other fittings as required to minimise the break down time and rectification of the problem as soon as possible. Note:- (i) The cost of excavation, returning, filling and removal of excavated soil and pumping out the water accumulated near pipe line shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Rectification work must be start within two hours of intimation from department. Any delay in rectification may be penalised as deemed fit. (iii) T&P and material required (i.e. spun yarn, lead, lead wool etc) for this item shall be provided without any extra cost.

M&L for repair/rectification in existing rising/delivery 150mm bore DI/CI/GI pipe line flanged end including taking out of existing rubber gasket/fiber sheet, nut & bolt etc and rejoining the same by using new one including testing, commissioning of DI/CI/GI pipe line by any type of special tools & plants such as JCB & material (such as detachable joints/leak repair clamp suitable forDI/CI/GI fittings, coller/short pieces of pipes or any other fittings as required to minimise the break down time and rectification of the problem as soon as possible. Note:- (i) The cost of excavation, returning, filling and removal of excavated soil and pumping out the water accumulated near pipe line shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item. Note: The cost of cutting/leaving/forming chases, holes etc through walls, floor, plinth protection, roof etc with providing clamp/shaddles/locking/fasteners sundry items etc as required and making good the surface to match as per existing shall be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for cutting the road (width of road cutting shall be upto 75CM) for laying of pipe and repair the same with road repair material (Patch mat) complete including excavation work if required all as specified & directed at site. Note:- Road repair work shall be completed at the same day of work execution in all aspect, failing which a panelty of Rs 100 per meter for per hour delay shall be imposed and deducted from RAR/Final bill.

S&F as in replacement of PVC float valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 20mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of stone massonary valve chamber of any size and pattern and at any position and construction of valve chamber of size 450 x 450 x 600mm with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate stone massonary built in cement mortar 1:6 with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level with PCC coping 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl frame made of angles iron of size matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of solid PVC of superior quality and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work, excavation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in support of pipes or foundation of pump complete all as specified & directed.

S&F as in replacement of 80mm bore CI air release valve with two air outlets, including fixing up in CI/DI water supply mains complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting existing 80mm dia GI pipeline disconnecting the existing GI clamp connections of 50/80 mm dia, disconnecting the 80mm GI pipe line upto the adjacent socket in both side and taking the pipe to workshop for cutting thread, making threads on pipe at four sides (for two connection at two each side) bring back to the site, insertion of equal Tee of size 80x80x80mm or reducing Tee of size 80x80x50 mm as required at site for making proper aligment and re-installing the pipe in original position with additional plumbing/welding works as required at site and testing the same for any leakage and pressure to overhead tank complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The cost of GI fittings required i.e. Tee, Elbow, Nipples etc shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The cost of additional plumbing/welding work shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (iii) The cost of transportation of pipe from site to workshop and workshop to site shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (iv) The cost of excavation, returning, filling and removal of excavated soil and pumping out the water accumulated near pipe line shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item. (v) The contractor shall be rectify the defects and make the pipe line serviceable at the same day as noticed & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting existing 100mm dia CI/DI pipeline disconnecting the existing GI clamp connections of 50/80 mm dia, disconnecting the 100mm CI/DI pipe line upto the adjacent socket in both side and taking the pipe to workshop for cutting thread, making threads on pipe at four sides (for two connection at two each side) bring back to the site, insertion of equal DI Tee of size 100x100x80mm or Tee of size 100x100x50 mm as required at site for making proper aligment and re-installing the pipe in original position with additional plumbing/welding works as required at site and testing the same for any leakage and pressure to overhead tank complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The cost of DI fittings required i.e. Tee, Elbow, Nipples etc shall be paid separately in respective item. (ii) The cost of additional plumbing/welding work shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (iii) The cost of transportation of pipe from site to workshop and workshop to site shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (iv) The cost of excavation, returning, filling and removal of excavated soil and pumping out the water accumulated near pipe line shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item. (v) The contractor shall be rectify the defects and make the pipe line serviceable at the same day as noticed & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of box type chamber of size 400 x 200 x 800 mm made of iron sheet of thickness 3mm and angle iron of size 32 x 6 mm with locking arrangement incl drilling the holes in wall, fitting of fastners for fixing of chamber, any plumbing/welding work required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. Chamber should contain holes for passage to 04 Nos 25mm GI pipes at one side and 01 No 50 mm GI pipe at other at other side, distance between wall and pipe and between the pipe may vary at each location, contractor need to check and measure the site condition physically and then fabricate the chamber accordingly. 2. Cost of any additional plumbering work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Cost of repairing the wall and making the surface as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for interchanging the connections of OHT of cap 500/1000 ltrs at including cutting the existing 20/25 mm GI pipe connections of 02 x tanks, cutting threads, supply and fixing GI fitting like union, elbow, sockets, nipples etc and GI pipe of size 20/25 mm incl any plumbing/welding work required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i)The work will be carried out on height upto 18 mtr contractor will ensure providing safely tools and equiptment to the labour/plumber and the cost of the same shall be including in quote rates. (ii)The cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work shall be included in quoted rate. (iii) The cost of repairing the wall and making the surface as per existing shall be included in quoted rates. (iv) The cost of GI fitting required and GI pipe upto length of 1 mtr is shall be included in quoted rates.
