Dismantling Plain or corrugated Sheet Sheeting, any gauge, thicknesss, including Nainital or similarr pattern roof coverings, including removal the demolished material out side the IMA premises, complete all as specified and directed.

dismantling existing timber scantling 40 Sq.cm and over in section and in any position.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled structural mild steel work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde E- 250) quqlity B).

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including demolation of existing PCC Plate form complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Roof treatment by applying a coat of cold applied oil based bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30Kg/Sqm and laid 3mm thick APP modified five layer polymeric membrane , minimum weight not less then 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 Gms/Sqm) with torch application method as per manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces with grooves & make good in cement mortar 1:3, finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm etc complete including taking down existing roof treatment of the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign materials by wire brushing, cleaning roof surfaces with water and removal of spoil out side the IMA premises, complete all as specified and directed. Make : STP / Sika/ Pidlite/Asian Paint Ltd. as approved by GE. Note :- Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only and upto roof height of triple storied building. 10 years manufacturer guarantee shall be submitted by the contractor.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement or cement lime mortar including removal the demolished material out side the IMA premises. Complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in cement mortar including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal the demolished material out side the IMA premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster on brick, concrete surfaces and Ceiling including providing and mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification, surface finished even & fair, finishing curing scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Make : ACC (Suraksha) /Ultratech(Readyplast)/Birla (Aerocom)/Unicrete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving nexc 15Cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of demolished material out site the IMA premises, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or similar places, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and filling the same with sealing compound grade 'A' including necessary formwork etc concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, Five layered, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-2009 including 20mm dia GI light grade washout pipe 50mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI light grade over flow pipe 600mm long with fitting including dismantling of existing unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball valve 15mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball min weight 210 GSM fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 20mm bore of pipe.

S&F 20mm bore medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized (ISI Marked) with and including all fittings (ISI Marked) and jointed, tested and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc all as directed.

S&F 20mm bore gun metal globe/gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron/GI pipe fixed in repair complete all as directed. Make: Zoloto/Leader/Kirloskar

Disconnecting existing water tanks of any description exceeding 250 liters and not exceeding 500 Ltr capacity, seting aside (or loweing if required) cleaning and removing all Scale dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing with bleaching powder etc reconection and refixing in position including writting date of cleaning by white paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick heavy duty Chequered cement concrete tile of any pattern decided by Engr-in-charge as in floors/pavings laid over 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete including dismantling of existing tiles with screed bed of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Ferrocon/Sagr tile/Tulip tiles

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick E-board false ceiling (Classic) including galvanised colour coated snap grid frame for false ceiling, size of grid 605 X 605mm fixed with 1.6 mm dia GI wire suspenders one end tied to roof members and other end connected to main tee of grid framework by means of 4mm dia adjustable "J" hook consisting of two Nos washers and two nuts at 1.2 mtr centres, size of main tee 38mm X 25mmX 1.4mm, cross tee 38 mm X 25 mm X 1.4mm, angle along walls 38 mm X 25mm X 2.0 mm and including taking down existing boards any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises by removing demolished material out site the IMA premises.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for receiving wall tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.6 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in same color group to match complete all as directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in same color grout to match complete all as directed.
