Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50 mtr depth not exc 3.00m in depth for laying of Sewage line, manholes etc and getting out in any type of soil, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains for 150mm dia pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required and making good surface with plaster etc to match existing, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as in bed of drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe or as in manhole benching/bed or as in hard standing/coping etc, complete all as specified.Note:- Cost of demolition of SGSW/RCC pipe of any size shall be included in this item and shall be measured solid.

S&F 150 mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-3 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-3 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for 150mm bore pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for 200mm bore pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No-13 above but except bricks.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with WPC in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drains, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, bed plates, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stop ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of AC or PVC pipe jointed in CM of 75/110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointed with solvent cement of 75 mm outlet dia and making good condition of disturbed floor area with matching of existing floor etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 65 to 70mm thick for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 with 1.25mm thick MS sheet painted with bituminous paint around the manhole cover (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc.) vibromatic, articles with plain faces including necessary form work using surface vibrator, complete CA No and date of casting to be engraved on the cover slab by stencil and curing will be done in the water reservoir including removal & dismantling of old damaged manholes cover complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-25 (Nominal mix ) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab of septic tank/soakage well etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Formwork & reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs of septic tank/soakage well & similar works, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of slabs of septic tank/soakage well n exc 20cm wide, horizontal or sloping, & similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Man hole any depth any size taking out accumulated, soil, sludge any material including both ends and removal to MD lands and manhole cover re fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/ circular and de-sluding & de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required (5000 ltr capacity) of out of MD land and making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rate includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de-sludging & de-watering functional for full contract period. Note:- Pumping and Loring rates are included in this item.

Demolition of PCC/terrazzo floor in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level including tiles stone flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping of hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting of road exc 0 .45 cm and n.exc 0 .90 cm including sub base during repairing/replacement of sewage line and making good surface to match with existing road surface after repair/replacement of sewage line etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for construction of 100 users septic tanks complete all as specified in PS here in after and shown on drawing No CEBZ TD Drawing No. 217 Sh 1/7 to 7/7.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells 2.4 m internal dia and 3.0 m effective depth complete all as specified in PS here in after and shown on drawing No CEBZ TD Drawing No. 309 Sh 1 to 4/4.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed.
