Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or pipe/cable laying etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connections of pipe and fittings laid in trenches of the following bore sizes complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of sluice valve 80 mm bore size of cast iron body, class-I, both ends flanged & drilled conforming to IS-14846 (2000), PN-1.6 with stainless steel spindle including all accessories such as nut-bolts, washers & fibre / rubber gasket as required at site with and including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve from its existing position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast iron special fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. Y junction double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collers, caps and plugs for upto 150 mm bore in mm all as specified and directed

M&L for construction of new valve chamber size 600mmx600mmx600mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in (upto 15 cm below NGL) CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6 mm MS angle complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chambers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron Air release Valves 80 mm dia bore with two air outlets, and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/pavings etc., finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base under floors/pavings etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 50mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern as in foot path, lawns, paving or light traffic parking etc., over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.
