Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Version updating, Deployment of new features, Data base maintenance, Identify network related issues, Server clean-up and Implementation & maintenance of Server level security of Map Domain with Map server, Web GIS Server and keeping it updated with all relevant patches and keeping Backup on bi-weekly basis or as and when required / instructed by Engineering in charge (EIC).

Maintenance and updation of the existing PHED WEB GIS in open source environment for showing the overall Drinking Water Supply and Water Quality status of West Bengal. Upkeepment of the dynamic data after filtering the content into the open source map API and plotting the location / area specific representation of the water quality parameters & resources of PHED, which can be drilled down from District to Mouza level on regular basis or as directed by the Engineer in charge (EIC).

Updation of Mouza level PWSS coverage data as per current Census data for 342 Blocks under 22 Districts of West Bengal and uploading the same as per the direction of Engineer in Charge (EIC).

Updating/ Maintenance of Piped Water Supply Scheme (PWSS) maps with respect to District, Block, Assembly Constituency, showing scheme coverage with the basic features, as and when required by the department. Preparation of Block wise tabular report related to the coverage of PWSS Schemes with monthly updating, as per current Census data. Hosting the report into the PWSS map module and linking them to the respective maps. Making provision of downloading the report in both excel and pdf format and the Map in image format. Insertion of new features for better utility of the application and make the application more user friendly as per the direction of Engineer in Charge (EIC).

Maintenance and Updation of the combined module on Water Treatment Unites “AIRP”/ "CWPP"/ "FRP"/ "Water ATM"/ "IEP" for accessing through a single window and Addition / alteration / up gradation / refactoring of individual mobile applications and web indicator panels for capturing and processing respective data for precise analysis and evaluation of the plants including maintenance of the same based on availability of data from the department with introduction of new features for better utility of the application and make the application more user friendly. Preparation of system generated division wise automated analytical report as per hierarchy of the department and sending through email with modification of reporting structure as and when directed by the Engineering in Charge (EIC).
