Repairing of all type of street light/ flood light fittings mounted at a height more than 5M on street light poles/ compound walls/ building walls/ parapets/ structures/ etc. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components such as lamp holder, igniter, choke, capacitor, fuse etc., and rectification of internal wiring faults. The light fitting may be taken down, if required, and fixed back properly after repair. The lighting fixtures including the acrylic / glass cover shall be properly cleaned after repair. The rate quoted shall be for repairing of all lamps in each fitting (i.e. a double lamp fitting will be considered as repaired only if both the lamps are working after repair). All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT as free issue. In case of buildings, the height will be measured from the respective floors. (for example, if a lighting fixture is provided in the parapet of 3rd floor of a building, the height will be measured from the terrace of third floor only.)

Repairing and servicing of high bay/ medium bay lighting fixtures of all types by replacing defective parts.

Repairing and servicing of Aviation warning lighting fixture, on flare stack and other high rise structures.

Repairing and servicing of well glass lighting fixture with out control gear (fittings with GLS/MLL/CFL) by replacing defective parts.

Repairing and servicing of well glass lighting fixtures with separate control gear (fittings with 80/125/250 W HPMV/ HPSV lamps) by replacing defective parts

Excavation and backfilling of cable trench as per the following dimension for laying of cables. Width - 300 mm Depth - 750 mm. All the materials such as Sand, Brick etc. required for the work will be issued by the Company free of cost. However, transportation of these items inside the Company premises shall be arranged by the Contractor. The trench shall be back filled with the loose earth, after laying of cable.

Laying of power cables up to and including 4 x 16 sq.mm/ control cables up to and including 19 x 2.5 sq.mm/ Unarmoured earth conductors up to and including 120 sq.mm (Insulated/ uninsulated)/ armored telephone cables up to 20 pair. The scope of work shall include laying, dressing, clamping on cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed on walls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports, laying through GI / PVC pipes, cable trenches etc.

Laying of power cables above 4 x 16 sq.mm up to and including 3.5 x 95 sq.mm/ single core Unarmoured earth conductors above 120 sq.mm up to and including 300 sq.mm (Insulated/ uninsulated) / armored telephone cables above 20 pair up to and including 100 pair. The scope of work shall include laying, dressing, clamping on cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed on walls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports, laying through GI / PVC pipes, cable trenches etc.

Laying of 4x240Sq.mm Armoured Aluminium LT power cables. The scope of work includes laying, dressing, clamping on cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed on walls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports etc. The contractor shall carry out all activities related to laying, dressing and clamping of the cables and arrange all necessary labour, tools and consumables for the execution.
