Supply , Installation & commissioning of factory made, CPRI approved manufacturer, self supporting totally enclosed LT Panel Board (out door type) confirming to IP-55 ,compartmentalized design, dust & vermin proof for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system madeup of GI sheet of 3.0 mm thick built upin rigid frame work having front and rear hinged door with neoprene rubber gasket, epoxy powder coated including danger plate, earth strip point and ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers, etc. having control circuit diagram with colour code solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm cable for easy identification including Incoming/ Outgoing cable entry provisions, embeded with 50x6mm mild steel angle Iron frame and 200 mm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after installation including taking down unserviceable LT panel board complete all as specified and comprising with the following :- Make : Legrand( sigma control systems)/BCH/SIEMENS / C&S (ASENT Engineers)

(a) Copper Bus Bar of size 25x4 mm , rating 600 Amps, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelain standblock with suitable size brass nut, bolts and washers with heat shinkable PVC sleeving. The Bus Bar shall be colour coded (Red, Yellow & blue) for 3 phase and Black for Neutral .
