M & L for Machine cut polished single piece kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic Coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick any shade / pattern set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. (Shade / pattern consists of combination of two or more tiles).

M&L Green marble 18 to 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in door chowkhats etc ,steps,tread and risers , jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, providing 3mm thick Birla white wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion distemper of approved shade/tint one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) as backing coat and 5 mm th in CM 1:4 using finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg cement bag or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. M&L decorative cornices/moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc. 25 Sqcm and n.exc 50 Sqcm as per pattern and design as approved and fixed in position including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of textured paint over primers match with the ceiling sheets all complete as required and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr in Charge during execution of work)

Complete removal of the existing treatment on old/ new plastered surface of walls/ceiling and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of approved primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete inclding one coat of average POP punning of average thickness 3mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The POP Punning shall be carried out immediately after removing the existing treatmet of wall surfaces. Applicatin of Plastic emulsion paint shall be carried out by Roller application in monolithic manner)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description etc like as in RCC water tank, beam on first floor or landing, slab etc all as directed and specified

Supply and fix in 500 litres capacity triple layer (white), rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with 25mm dia GI tank nipple of for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc including Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed 25mm dia all complete and all as specified.
