Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.
Dismantling and removing doors windows and ventilators including removal of frame , hinges , fastening and stacking the same reuse and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.
Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. Door & MS Window as per approved size and design with all cost conveyance taxes including red oxide priming all laboursundries etc of all materials complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc complete with all other T&P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and filling in Foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
