SOLAR POWER INVERTER

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of solar panel powered inverter (sine wave) with battery back up for 08 hours capacity 03 KW (Single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply) complete (off grid type) with and inclusive of all electrical and mechanical accessories & stand for inverter and batteries complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [i] Solar panel of Specification 320 Wp (Minimum) polycrystalline type to be provided. [ii] Inverter and battery back up shall be placed near the staircase 3. [iii] Tubular battery of 12 Volts, 150 AH of sufficient quantity to be provided and rate quoted shall be deemed included in the cost of batteries. AVIATION LIGHT

Supply and Fixing for aviation obstruction light LED type filament-less bulb with 10 Watt bulb including standard fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable LT 1100 Volts grade with copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 Sq.mm. multi stranded conductor laid in ground fixed to wall roof etc. with suitable clamps, spacers, bolts, nuts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

DG SET

(A) Alternator: Standard design alternator rated at 30 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. (D) Acoustic Enclosure: Manufactured by OEM suitable for 30 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution Control Board. (iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Construction details/specification are as follows: (a) Outer body: CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (b) Doors: CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (c) Sound Insulation: As per OEM Norms (v) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit (vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure the DG Set (vii) the fuel tank is to located inside DG set (viii) The DG Set should be provided with external emergency stop push button (ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED lamp fittings (x) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. (xi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen Set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

(E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, cement concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded aggregate of size not less than as per OEM drawing for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. Supply install and commissioning integrated public address and talk back facility for silt+8 floor building consisting of following: (A) LOUD SPEAKER SYSTEM of highly adaptable surface mount design, a 2way bass -reflex type 4" (10cm) cone Driver for low frequency and 1" (2.5 cm) balance dome tweeter for high frequency with internal transformer that allow both high impedance and low impedance drive of rating 15W/10. The nominal coverage angle shall be 110 Degree and horizontal and 110 Degree vertical. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVI: OUTSOURCING OF LIFTS UNDER DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD FOR SECOND YEAR

Notes for item Nos.147, 149, 154, 158, 162 : (i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift be from 0630 hours to 1430 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1430 Hours to 2230 Hours. (iii) In case of non function of passenger lift, the Goods Lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed. (iv) The work shall be supervised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 5 years items under BoQ shall be deemed to be including the same. (v) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair /replacement of perished/unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) One emergency light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. (vii) Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the Bidders/Service providers to all Lift Attendants/Supervisors. (viii) The Bidders shall ensure housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the Lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc.

(ix) The Bidders shall abide by the latest Labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Bidders shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (x) The Bidders is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess et., as applicable and shall be paid to the workmen as per existing Labour rules/ Acts/ regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. (xi) Dress Code : The bidders shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour uniform {formal pant & T-shirt} with labels showing/ printed i.e. "Name of the firm and designation" on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/ gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. (xii) INSURANCE: The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward on account of any mishandling/ wrong operation/ lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/ their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour commissioner/court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations.

(xiii) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be including basic rate [Minimum wages by Government of India/ State Government/ local body, whichever is higher], employers contribution towards Employees Provident Fund [EPF] liability , contribution towards Employees state insurance corporation [EISC], contribution towards Bonus, Overhead and profit and Labour welfare Cess [LWC] as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the bidders to ascertain in the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Cess, levies as applicable including GST. (xiv) The prevailing Rate/wage/Contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date.

Notes for item Nos. 139,140,143,144,147,148 : (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) All maintenance works shall be carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM.
