Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying cables / GI pipe, foundation of pole, stay etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in Trenches, exc. 1.50 Metre but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Pole/Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in approved earth in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in layers in soft / loose soil after the cabels are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand for cushioning of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type-I, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick laid dry for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road complete all as specified and as directed by Eng in Charge including taking out old u/s cable.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade 80 mm dia under road crossing / on pole with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc for protection of PVC / XLPE cable complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface / footpath with the help of GI Tubing not exc. 80 mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

Dismantling existing Concrete Poless, any size carefully including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc

Supply, fixing, errecting in trully vertically position steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws as specified type 410 SP - 55 (11 mtr long) including one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint, marking of pole numbers and making 3 Nos of red and white colour strip of 30 cm wide on equal distance from coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Contract shall submit the test certificate and Purchase voucher of steel tubular pole from OEM.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc complete and setting aside all as specified

M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Composite Polymer 11 KV Pin insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S & F composite polymer 11KV strain insulator (Disc Type), Tensile strength 45KN including tension clamps and all its accessories at any height including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:3:6 type C- 2 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole filling and mass concrete in complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for cement contrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof, kerb or mud stops rounded or charged on edges ,coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S&F Ploymer type air break switch 11 KV, gang operated triple pole, vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on 09 insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps with,complete accessories, providing operating handle of GI pipe of 40 mm bore with locking arrangement, including fixing gang switch on two pole/ four pole structure by providing GI nut bolts washers etc and providing pad lock complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S&F Polymer Type Lightening arrestor expulsion type complete, with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp for 11KV including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing,installation and testing of Polymer type expulsion fuse assembly single pole vertically mounted on MS channel 11000 volts grade upto 100 amp capacity including making connections with HT cables/ GOD including providing of jumpers of ACSR conductor of sufficient length including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 3.0 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt, Providing 40 mm bore protection pipe for GI strip, GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering including funnel with wire mesh on top, CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified Notes for earthing : 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level. 2. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe of 40 mm and watering pipe of 20 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 3.The cost of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of item and earth strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item 4. Cost of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. 6. The contractor shall submit the test report of each earthing to EIC before claiming for payment. 7. Before leaving the site all excavated soil etc to disposed off and to make the site clean by the contractor without any extra cost.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing straight through jointing kit ,11000 volt grade (earthed) ,suitable to 3 core 95 sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE armoured heavy duty cable, heat shinkable suitable for out door type with jointing material and accessories complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filtration of transformer oil of Transformer capacity upto 500 KVA with ultra high vacuum filteration machine and checking dielectric strength (BDV), dielectric dissipation factor, neutralizing value (total activity), upto 60 KV with 2.5 mm Gap sludge content, flush point of transformer oil from Standard Testing Laboratory all as specified. Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer after carrying out filteration and heating up oil to achive required dielectric strength and submitting the test result after filteration of oil in proper proforma duly signed.

Supply and fill New Transformer oil with high viscosity, high resistance to oxidation & thermal stability, as per IS- 335(1993), dielectric strength (BDV) 60 KV with 2.5 mm gap all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fix in repair of breather with silica gel crystal (1 kg) type all as directed.

S & F epoxy Bushings for LT, 440 Volt side of the transformer for connecting outgoing cable with all the accessories including taking down old unserviceable bushings complete all as specified.

S & F epoxy Bushings for HT ,11000 Volt side of the transformer for incoming cable with all the accessories including taking down old unserviceable bushings complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing DC power pack of input voltage 230 V AC single phase, input frequency 50 Hz ± 5%, Output voltage 110 VDC ± 5% V with 7AH Battery all as specified and directed.

Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of any make, capacity from 400-630 Amps, 11 KV, 800 Amps for servicing, repairs and re-assembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning all as directed. (a) Checking the serviceability of all parts, cleaning, alignment of closing/opening mechanisms and re-assembling the unit complete and making it smooth functional. (b) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CRC/ Tri-chloro-ethylene to remove the accumulation of carbon or any other deposits. (c) Checking the VCB panel wiring and repairing for making VC in fully functional condition . (d) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning re-adjusting worn out parts etc. (e) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including providing servicing to the motor commutator bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (f) Calibration of relays and meter of VCB, for making it fully functional and in earth fault, over current etc relay can be work and trip the VCB. (g) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and ensure collar pins are in place and they are tight and opened properlycomplete all as specified and directed by EIC up to his full satisfaction.

Note for repairing and servicing of VCB : (i) All T&P and intruments, testing kit, primary injection kit to be bring by contractor for reparing, testing and calibration of VCB. (ii) Contractor shall submit the test sheet of VCB testing before and after carried out repairing and calibration of relays & meters. Testing of VCB to be done in presence of Engineer in Charge (iii) Repairing, servicing and calibration of VCB shall be done through expert technician/engineer of OEM/ Expert technician/engineer of ASEDCL. (iv) Contractor shall made the DC supply fuctional for functionality of all relays on DC supply. (v) Any minor parts not catered in scope if required to be replace for makeing the VCB serviceable to be provided by the contractor without any extra charge.

M & L for 63 mm graded aggregate deposited, spread in levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick & rammed to true surface complete all as directed.

Cuting of Grass/brushes & Spray of agricultural based chemical ariund the installation, 2/4/6 poles to control the growth of unwanted herb etc incl cleaning of the grass herbs bushes etc from the installation complete. Note: Chemical for grass, T&P for cutting and labour including in above quotes rate.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole upto 11 mtr long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint from ground level in 3 step of 15 cm alternative black and Red strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint including painting of copping by cement based synthetic paints complete all as specified.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
