Electrical works to be carried out at Lift Irrigation scheme Janbazpora Stage 1st.

Amount

a. Complete servicing/maintenance of main LT control panel comprising of 1600 A incoming ACB (01 no) and 630 A ACB (04 no) fitted on outgoing circuits, by way of, removing of accumulated carbon from the contact surfaces of the points by applying carbon tetra-chloride active chemical to make the surface smooth. Adjustment of point gaps in order to avoid/prevent any kind of flashing. Adjustment of all the protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and any other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the panel compartment. The job involves reconditioning of mechanical linkages of tripping mechanism to facilitate smooth charging and tripping of ACB. b. Providing, fitting voltmeters range 0-1600V (01 no), ammeters 0-600 A(04 no), voltmeter 0-500 volt (01 no.) to the panel. c. Replacing, providing and fitting of 630 mm2 damaged Al thimbles (03 no) at outgoing terminals of AC of Dowells make duly crimpled and insulated at ends by tapping. d. Providing and fitting of HRC fuse kits (15 no.) of suitable amerages. The job also includes testing of the same on full load after conducting the above-mentioned jobs.

a. Complete servicing/maintenance of 300HP auto transformer starters (03 no.) of unit no 1st, 2nd & 3rd at LIS Janbazpora Stage 1st. The job comprises of dismantling of star and delta contactor assemblies, dismantling of kit sets, removing of accumulated carbon from the contact surfaces of point sets by applying carbon tetra-chloride active chemical to make the contact surfaces smooth. Adjustment of point gaps in order to avoid/prevent any kind of flashing, checking of overload/under load relays, setting of magnetic timer assembly. Cleaning of kit sets of contactor assemblies. Checking/tightening of auxiliary wiring. b. The job includes providing and fitting of CT coils (02 no., ratio 400/5 Kilburn make) for over load relay of ATS starter no. 2nd. c. Providing and fitting of HRC fuse kits of suitable ampere (15 no.) d. The job also includes filling of 20 litre of T-oil as topping to starters. Reassembling of the starter components and full load testing at site.

Replacing the existing worn out aluminum cable by way Providing , fitting and installation of 400 mm2 single core copper conductor, PVC insulated of reputed make as per IS 1554- part 1 specification from stabilizer to starter in three phases for pumping unit no 1st at LIS Janbazpora Stage 1st . Total length of cable required is 50 meter approx. All ends of copper cables should be properly thimbled with copper thimbles with the help of crimping tool and insulation tapes.
