Operation and maintenance of Urban LWSS for a period of 36 months. The scope of work shall include the cost of all labour to be engaged by the contractor as per departmental norms such as Pump operators, Fitters, Chowkidars, Beldars, Supervisor etc for repair and maintenance of pumping machinery and rising main, civil structures, like WTP, storage tank, infiltration gallery, pump house, anchor blocks / supporting pillars of rising mains, retaining/ breast walls etc. complete in lal respect, watch and ward of all structures, replacement of all parts (beyond repair) and making available all kind of lubricants, kit Kat HRC fuses, submersible cable, bearings, valves, panal board accessories etc. and other fittings required during the repair of pumping machinery and rising main. However, the cost of energy charges will be borne by the department and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
