RequiredDetails of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. (Form C). If private works shown in support of eligibility, certified copy of the Tax Deducted at source Certificate (TDS) shall be submitted along with the Experience Certificate and the TDS amount shall tally with the actual amount of work done. Otherwise the amount that tally with TDS shall only be considered for eligibility.

RequiredInsurance Surety Bonds, Account payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), Bankers cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by a Commercial Bank against EMD, as specified in Para 7 of CPWD 6 for e Tendering.
RequiredGST registration certificate of the State in which the works is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.
RequiredReceipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (Including NIT issuing EE, CPWD) (Form H).
RequiredDeclaration about site inspection (Form I)
RequiredUndertaking on structural stability and soundness of already completed buildings and infrastructure projects (Form J).

Required1. Bidder has not submitted the Form A as per NIT conditions i.e. without profit loss amount. Hence, it is directed to submit Form A as per proforma stipulated in the NIT. 2. Bidder has not submitted performance certificates in Form D for the works mentioned in Form C. Hence, it is requested to submit the Form D exactly as per proforma given in the NIT for each work referred in Form C.
Required1. Bidder has not submitted the Form D1 for the completed works mentioned in Form C. Hence, it is directed to submit the Form D1 for the completed works. 2. Bidder has not submitted the performance report for the work mentioned at Sl No.2 of Form C as per stipulated proforma Form D i.e. without status of compensation. Hence, it is directed to submit the performance report as per Form D of NIT.
