SCHEDULE `A' PART - X Fittings & fixtures is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of EPU painting of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying in hanger sheet in camouflage pattern as approved by user/ GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

S & F polycarbonate sheets of 3.0mm thick having the following properties:- excellent weather properties, excellent light transmission ranges from 80% to 90% and both side UV coated weight ranges from 850.0 gms to 900gms. Fixing of sheets shall be accordance with manufacturer instruction and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Providing 5mm thick high density EPU flooring includes priming, screed topping antistatic type including making good to surface before application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin & hardener in equal volumes, approved by CPRI (Central power Research Institute Bangalore). Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L Providing and fixing and commissioning of wind driven turbo ventilators having average capacity of 1500 to 2000 CFM, having neck diameter 700-750 mm and 42 nos fins. Top plate and bottom ring shall be made high grade stainless steel (SS-304) and fins to be made of high grade aluminium (H-14) of minimum thickness 0.71 mm. The base and hopper shall be constructed of UV stabilized FRP of minimum thickness 3 mm matching with roof sheet profile. The rate shall be include fixing of FRP base along with ventilator and special leak proof tape should be used in between all four sides , making it totally water tight etc. The rate also includes all lead and lift, transportation materials, labours, taxes, etc complete. The work should be carryout as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per manufacturer instructions.

M & L Wet mix macadam 150 mm thick (75 mm in two layers compacted thickness) laid with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size) specified in MORTH, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete using mechanical paver.

M&L high density polytheene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 Micron thickness virgin quality as per ASTMD 2103/IS 2508 laid with side and overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming 25mm thick expansion joint by full depth using diamond cutter, filled with DURA board HD-100 (Brand supreme or equivalent as approved), applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete depth of joint i.e. the thick ness of concrete slab, provision of closed celled polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 15 mm), complying with BS- 4254 and EN 41875 2003 priming the sides minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab minimum 300 mm and maximum 400 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forming construction joint, 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12 mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction (dummy joint), 65mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12 mm) complying with BS : 5212 and fixing 10mm dia polyurethane rod and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant in position as required complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure

Material and labour for stone slab/patti, 40 to 50mm thick, rough dressed, Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cables, 25 cm to 35 cm wide and 80 cm long, laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set with automatic mains failure panel fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 125 KVA /100 kw ,continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts , AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ ,1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories with PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads & other accessories etc.

Supply, installation and testing and commissioning air cooling machine /air washer consisting air flow up to 12.5 feet of top / down discharge three phase machine of capacity 25000Cum/hr air blow including required PCC foundation for mounting air washer as per OEM design comprising of following:- (a) Cabinet:- Double skin cabinets. (b) Base:- The total assembly is mounted on a horizontal member of heavy galvanised steel channel with die cast aluminium corners for joining together with lifting hole on all corners.
