Supply and fixing sub-main wiring (Concealed type) for main DB's to Sub DB's with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 6 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, drawn through PVC casing caping after and including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Three runs of 6 Sqmm cable shall measured and paid as one length.

Note : Three runs of 10 Sqmm cable shall measured and paid as one length.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistrand conductor cable 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all accessories and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick with 3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover for mounting switch, socket, fan regulator, etc after and including taking down of old existing point wiring including fixtures and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, holders, socket, etc and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per srl item No 3.00 here-in-before but for 3 pin 6 Amps socket out let on the same board with 1.5 sqmm cable complete as specified and as directed.

Description all as per srl item No 3.00 here-in-before but for 5 pin 6 Amps switch socket combination on the independent board with 1.5 sqmm cable complete as specified and as directed.

Description all as per srl item No 3.00 here-in-before but for one 5 pin 6/16 Amps switch socket combination on independent board with 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl item No. 1.00 to 4.00:- Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Supply and fixing bell ding dong AC 230 volts, single pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bell push flush type 5 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminal (65 x 50)mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing batten/ Angle holder insulated body with back plate suitable to batten fiting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing eletronic fan regulator step type AC 240 volt 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED Tubelight 1x 20 W (4 Ft) with extruded aluminium housing, PC diffuser and in-built driver including necessary electric connection from ceiling rose to light fitting including replacement of old unserviceable tube light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Tubelight 1x 10 W (2 Ft) with extruded aluminium housing, PC diffuser and in-built driver including necessary electric connection from ceiling rose to light fitting including replacement of old unserviceable tube light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair Vertical TPN DB 6 ways double door with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral link and earth bar, IP 54, with provision of 4 pole MCCB as incomer and SP/TP as outgoing, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Legrand Cat No. 5077 41 or equivalent in Havells/ ABB/ L&T/ C&S

Supply and fixing in repair MCB DB SPN 12 ways double door with 200 Amps rated bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB DB SPN 8 ways single door with 200 Amps rated bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB DB SPN 4 ways single door, recessed with wall surfaces by chase cutting and making good surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB 40 - 63 Amps, SPN, 240 Volt "C" series, breaking capacity 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB 06 - 32 Amps, SPN, 240 Volt "C" series, breaking capacity 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) in trench or on floor / wall with suitable size clamp including connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork and protection of cable shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) in trench or on floor / wall with suitable size clamp including connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork and protection of cable shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse river sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 25cm x 12.5cm x 7.5cm locally available best quality laid in trenches for protections of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 40mm bore steel tubes "light grade" galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and over ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing mannually or by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or mannually etc as per site requirment.complete all as specified and as directed.
