Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450X 300X 7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick ( square / rectangle) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work including 15 thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4. type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as subbase to floor tiles complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6. type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass filling , sub base and the like complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.
