Following Works are to be Carried out for Periodic/Routine/Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance of 33KV Incoming Lines from 220KV Sub Station Dohna to 400KV Sub Station Bareilly for Station Supply at 400KV sub Station Bareilly alongwith other associated Works under Electy. 400KV Sub Station Division, Bareilly for the Period of 1 Year, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables T&Ps etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, as per Technical Specification and Direction of Supervising Engineer : Monthly Patrolling of following 33KV Incoming Lines from 220KV Sub Station Dohna to 400KV Sub Station Bareilly for Station Supply at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly and Providing of Patrolling Report :
Monthly Patrolling of 33KV Line from 220KV Sub Station Dohna to 400KV Sub Station Bareilly. (3.75 Km Length × 12 Months = 45.0 Km)
Monthly Patrolling of 33KV Line from Tapping Point of 33KV Dohna (132KV S/S Dohna) - Nawab Ganj (33KV S/S) Line to 400KV Sub Station Bareilly. (1.0 Km Length × 12 Months = 12.0 Km)
Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in Corridor of the above said 33KV Lines to Provide Safe Electrical Clearance between the Tree & Conductors on both sides of the Lines, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to avoid any Damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year
Replacement of Old & Damaged Stay Wires (due to Rusting) by new Stay Set (G.I. Stay Rod of size 20 × 1800 mm, 7/8 SWG Stay Wire, Stay Clamp, Bolts - Nuts - Washers etc. with due Concrete Grouting. (1 Job per Stay Set)
Restringing of Loose Sagged Conductors, if found Loose.
Providing of 3x400/300 Sq. mm Cable Out Door End Jointing Kit alongwith Cable Jointing Work, whenever required. (1 Job per Cable Out Door End Jointing Kit)
Providing of 3x400/300 Sq. mm Cable Straight through Jointing Kit alongwith Cable Jointing Work, whenever required. (1 Job per Cable Straight through Jointing Kit)
Replacement of Damaged 33KV Tension Disc Insulator / Insulator String by new Disc Insulator to be Provided by the Department free of Cost as per requirement. (1 Job per Tension Insulator String)
Replacement of Damaged 33KV Pin Insulator by new Pin Insulator to be Supplied by the Contractor as per requirement. (1 Job per Pin Insulator)
Replacement of Damaged Pin of 33KV Pin Insulator by new Pin of 33KV Pin Insulator to be Supplied by the Contractor as per requirement. (1 Job per Pin)
Replacement of Damaged P.G. Clamp (ACSR Dog Conductor to ACSR Dog Conductor) by new ones to be Supplied by the Contractor as per requirement. (1 Job per P.G. Clamp)
Tightening of Jumper / Clamp including Replacement of Damaged Bolts - Nuts - Washers, if any by new ones to be Provided by the Department free of Cost as per requirement. (1 Job per Jumper / Clamp)
Replacement of Damaged Jumpers by new ones whenever Snapping occurs. The Location of Snapped Jumper will be Informed by the Supervising Engineer. (1 Job per Jumper)
Attending Breakdown of Conductor due to Snapping of Conductor due to Damage of Conductor / Tension Insulator String, whenever Snapping occurs. The Location of Snapped Jumper will be Informed by the Supervising Engineer. (1 Job per Conductor)
