Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S.angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and applying water proofing coating system over horizontal on roof by carrying out : 1) Surface Preparation : Breaking and removing the existing waterproofing layer & reach up to the RCC slab level. Undulation in RCC roof slab surface, imperfections should be chiselled shall be repaired with Polymer Modified Mortar mixed by adding 1 kg Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP, 5 kg fresh cement, and 15 kg graded quartz sand. (i.e., in the ratio of 1:5:15) or with dual shrinkage compensated Dr. Fixit Polymer Modified Mortar HB. Etc., complete. All pipes to be placed / inserted in the core cut areas, apply a coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete Epoxy bonding agent over this, sprinkling fine sand / quartz sand and fill the gap with Polymer Modified Mortar mixed by adding 1 kg Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP, 5 kg fresh cement, and 15 kg graded quartzsand. (i.e., in the ratio of 1:5:15) or with dual shrinkage compensated Dr. Fixit Polymer Modified Mortar HB. Etc., complete. 2) Waterproofing Coating: The concrete surface must be brought into surface saturated dry condition (SSD). Providing & Applying 2 coats of high performance two component high performance cementitious waterproof coating Dr. Fixit Fastflex , with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:2 at the rate 0.42 - 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg for 2 coats to achieve the DFT on 1.2mm in a span of 4 - 6 hours with a roller / brush on the prepared concrete substrate . The floor surface & wall surface up to 300 mm in height, as per the manufacturers’ specification of M/s Pidilite Industries. All the coatsto be applied in perpendicular direction to each other. Allow the coating to air cure for 3-5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs. The coating shall have Elongation at break > 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength > 1 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) : 1% as per BS EN 12390. The cost of this work includes the activities mentioned above etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and instruction of Engineering In Charge.

Crazy ceramic tile flooring, with under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with ordinary cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6 mm , mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar,including providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar@ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
