Procurement of Jaw Plates for 80 TPH Jaw Crusher

The bidder should have experience in supplying similar items. Experience Requirement Clause: a. If the bidder is manufacturer/ Fabricator, they should have manufactured/fabricated and supplied crusher jaw plates to the extent of atleast 80% of the total quantity required under this tender in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25 Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply requirement shall 40% of the quantity required. b) Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents of eligible manufacturers/fabricators may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1. The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish an authorization letter in the prescribed format, assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2. The Authorized Representative/Agent must have supplied crusher jaw plates to the extent of atleast 30% of the total quantity required under this tender in any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25. Note: All tenderers must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors are eligible. The authorized dealers/ distributors shall submit valid authorization letter from the manufacturer in the letterhead as per prescribed format mentioned in Annexure- II.

Past Performance Criteria: Bidders who have not previously supplied the tendered item (Crusher Jaw Plates) to HGML shall submit a performance certificate issued by their customers/buyers during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25. The certificate must confirm: Quality of the material supplied Adherence to the delivery schedule as per the respective purchase order.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.74 Lakhs, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover shall be Rs.37 Lakhs, during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The tenderer shall furnish the following as documentary proof for the financial capability criteria. 1. Annual Turnover Certificate for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, OR 2. Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
