S & F in replacement LED street light luminaire of 60 watt in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing of standard size, BIS marked electronic driver of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening IP-66, protection for LED and control gear compartments with high power LED chips suitable for voltage band 120 volts to 270 volt, power factor 0.95 (minimum) having Efficiency ≥ 120 LPW, 10KV SPD including taking down the old unserviceable light of same cap Brand name should be embossed on fixture to ensure Indian brand only complete all as specified and directed.

As per Item No.01 above but Street Light fitting of 90 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement LED flood light fitting of 120 watt in epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with, BIS marked electronic driver duly enclosed of approved brand only in housing having protection against over voltage, short circuit and open circuit and surge protection against lightening of 5 KV minimum with IP-66, protection for LED and control gear compartments with high power LED chips suitable for voltage band 120 volts to 270 volt, power factor 0.95 (minimum) having Efficacy ≥ 120 LPW, 10KV SPD including taking down the old unserviceable light of same cap complete all as specified and directed.

As per Item No.03 above but Flood Light fitting of 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed.. Note for Srl No. 1 to 4 :- (i) All LED fittings shall have supporting LM-79 & LM-80 test certificate from govt approved NABL accredited Lab showing all the parameters duly signed by the local office bearer of manufacturer. (ii) All LED fittings shall have 2 years written Warranty from local office bearer of manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in replacement security light bracket made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long bend to shape including fixing on pole with suitable size of flat iron clamps, nut, bolt etc. including taking down the old unserviceable bracket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC copper wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit from junction box to street light etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core including taking down the old unserviceable existing cable of same size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core including taking down the old unserviceable existing cable of same size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 4 core including taking down the old unserviceable existing cable of same size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (i) Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

Material and labour for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of driver for street light range upto 75W including taking down the old unserviceable driver complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of driver for street light range upto 100W including taking down the old unserviceable driver complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of driver for flood light range upto 150W including taking down the old unserviceable driver complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Surge protection device 10KV for street light and flood light range from 60W to 150W including taking down the old unserviceable SPD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement SMC pole junction box of size 300x200x105,dust proof, water tight weight acid resistence, corrosion proof insulated and shock proof fire retardant self extingushing, halogen & silica free non-Toxic material,UV resistance (UI subject 94:V2) with internally embedded gasket size of test certificate and verification by glow wire test in accordance with IEC60695-2-11 cat no-K8250 with 6 Amps MCB SP neutral link with three phase copper busbar 63 amps TPN connector for connection of cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sheet metal DB for MCBs, SPN, 4 ways, double door,singal phase, IP-43 company painted with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral bar/ connectors, each bar/ connectors, prewired complete with suitable copper conductor wire, PVC insulated, FRLS type with suitable copper thimbles, lugs etc ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sheet metal DB for MCBs, SPN, 8 ways, double door,singal phase, IP-43 company painted with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral bar/ connectors, each bar/ connectors, prewired complete with suitable copper conductor wire, PVC insulated, FRLS type with suitable copper thimbles, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement TPN MCB,4 pole 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA, of rating 40 to 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement MCB TPN , 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 16 KA, of rating 16 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 50 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mm bore duly protected with and including 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) metre from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cementconcrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

Supply & fix in replacement single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long including taking down the old unserviceable rod complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm complete with saddle and fixing screws for fitting the strip including taking down the old unserviceable aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI strip 32x6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for conductors and down conductors,above ground including taking down the old unserviceable GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 no.s 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw including taking down the old unserviceable block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement red DMC insulator SP type including taking down complete all as specified and directed.
