Taking down existing roof treatment including plastering below tar felt etc., of any type, any thickness and removing the same exceeding 5 KM outside MD complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound including brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3KG per Sqm as in roofs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay HYPERPLAS-STANDARD 3 Kg / Sqm polymeric membrane incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100 Grams/ Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2Kg/ Sqm each at the top and bottom and applying one coat of aluminium paint on the membrane complete including sealing all the joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10cm overlap complete all as per manufacturer's instructions all as spcified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 - S, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc including removal of debris out side MD land

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'b' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces brick masonry surfaces or stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement.

Preparation of New or previously untreated surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying Birla putty on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on walls, pillasters, bands, boarders etc including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, washing, rubbing down and stopping complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying three coats of white wash on walls and cornices all as specified.

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including clits etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S&F Non-skid glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Joint free Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates set in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in flooring /hard standing finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm to 25mm thick Chequered cement concrete tiles in flooring, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade including cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Clearing the drain lines by remqve silt/soil/debris completaly preferably by remove cover slabs to enable the water to flow freely , removal of sludge and other materials obtained from the drain line removing to outside MD land and making good complete all as required and as directed Engineer in Charge .

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate as in bed block, copings,roof kerbs and similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos cement sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc........

........After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in?Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories for the area of window less than 2.00 sqm. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

M&L for providing pressure gunniting averaging 40 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) averaging 25 mm thick for all types of structural members incl brush bond as per manufacturers instruction , including fixing welded steel wire fabric of mesh size 75x25 mm of weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm fixed with suitable pins/clamps/welding to existing reinforcement after preparing the surface and applying polymer modified cementation coating using Nito bond/ brush bond of M/s Fosroc chemicals and applying exposy treatment complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. and removal of the same on completion of the work.

S&F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc divided into square with rebated sash bars any number edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauge etc (size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Par –I section 8 Clause 8:24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, plain, framed paneled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both side (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers etc complete all as specified and directed.
