Supply and installation of Heavy Duty Turbine Blower outlet pressure 220mBar, 340 m3/hr, 3 HP, 3 phase, 440V/415V, 50 Hz continous running for 24 hours for Nursery ponds as per direction from Department officers at site including cost of all materials,Suction Filter, Foundation packings, Foundation Bolts, Conveyance, loading and unloading charges, packings, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 50mm G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work- Exposed on wall (DSR 16 ( 18.10.6)) 50mm dia nominal bore

Supply of 50 mm CPVC Brass Threaded Female Adapter as per direction from Department officers at site(MR)

Supply and Installation of CPVC reducer 63mm x 50mm as per the direction of department officers at site

Supplying and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) 63 mm inner diameter, 10 kgf/cm2 pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge exterrnal works clamped on wall

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 40 mm dia 10 Kgf/cm2- Internal work- exposed on wall (DSR 16, (50.18.7.5.1))

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 25 mm dia 10Kgf/ cm2- Internal work- Exposed on wall (DSR 16 (50.18.7.3.2))

Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes including jointing with PVC solvent cement - 40 mm dia Tee

Supply and Installation of damaged 40x25mm reducer includings coupler and necessary pipes joining of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge exterrnal works exposed on wall

Providing and fixing foodgrade transparent silicon tube 4 mm inner diameter pipes including cost of all hose, clips & fittings, and fixing the hose on the air control tap off and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Supply and installation of uPVC Tee over existing 25mm diameter PVC pipe along with 15 cm long 25mm uPVC (sch 40) pipe with end cap including cost of all pipes & fittings, providing SS saddles at both sides of Tee, joining and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Supply and installation of 150mm length, 50mm diameter cylindrical air stone bubble diffuser as per the direction of department officers at site (MR)

Supply and installation of 4mm diameter threaded stainless steel air flow control valve on 25mm pipe Sch 40 uPVC pipe by providing tap as required including fitting charges, leak testing etc. as per the direction of departmental officers at site (MR)

Supply fabricating and fixing mechanical support for laying pipe upto 63 mm diameter using ISA 50x50x5 and 40x5 MS flat as per the direction of departmental officers at site (DSR 16 (10.2 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete)).

Supply and fixing of Blower stand 1m x 1.5m x 2.0 m (height) fitted on the floor with foundation bolts, fabricated with ISA 60x60x5 MS Angle and 6mm plate for 300mm x 400mm (DSR 16 (10.2 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete)).

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. DSR16 (13.52.1) On steel work
