| - | Complete maintenance of existing garden, horticulture features, landscape features, outside garden horticulture features including mowing of lawns, ground covers, flower beds, shrubs, hedges,trees, herbs, foliages, creepers pottesd planters at all the levels and locations of NTB etc., planting of annual seedlings, cutting of hedge / edge, display and maintenance of potted plants, topdressing by spreading of good earth, manuering, hoeing, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste,spraying of insecticides, pesticides if required , application of fertilizers, clipping of branches and all self grown trees within the area, sweeping of lawn if required , disposal of rubbish generated during the whole day working at specified place etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
The location of horticulture features to be maintained as follows -
Garden plots surrounding new & old terminal buildings, parking areas, planters in new & old terminal building.
a) Lawn Area = 14742 Sqm.
b) Hedge = 393 Meters
c) Trees (up to 3 years of age) = 50 nos.
d) Trees (Beyond 8 years age = 52 nos.
e) Display and Maintenance of potted plant = 330 nos.
(1 Job X 12 Months = 12 Jobs)
The contractor has to deploy minimum 5 nos. of mali's per month for complete maintenance and the contractor is bound to make payment more than and as per minimum fair wages prevalling as notified by ministry of labour and employment of State / Central Govt.which is circulated by labour commissionor time to time, the necessary wellfare norms benifits of labour , insurance as per labour laws shall maintained, the contractor shall be responsible to supervise the work assigned to labours.
The contractor has to provide sufficient nos. of lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & all other T & P material/articles in working condition required for the complete maintenance. | - | Each Job Per Month | - | - |
