Dismantling existing PCC poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling GO switch with DO fuse of any size from existing 4/2 pole structure and kept aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out of soft/lose soil for taking out pipe/ laying of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtrs.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, laid flat ie length of brick shall be laid across the cable, common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 120 sq. mm 3 Core earthed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, design, transportation, installation and commissioning of 11 KV 3 phase 50 Hz 3 way RMU (with 01 No SF6 insulated VCB and two Nos of LBS for incoming) factory made, floor mounted, outdoor type enclosure of protection class IP 54 suitable for HT 11 KV 630 A 3 Phase ,3 wire earthed system (switching in SF 6 filled tank at 1.2 bar with manometer, pressure gauge indicator having protection Class IP 67) Rated Symmetrical Interrupting current 21 KA, Rated Power frequency 50 Hz, dry withstand voltage 28 KV rms for 1 minute, Rated Power frequency wet withstand voltage 21 KV RMS for 10 seconds, Rated lightning impulse withstand peak voltage (BID) 75 KV, capacitive indication for incoming and outgoing, copper bus bar with interlocking switch and earth bar with earth switch including self powered alfa numeric relay suitable for 3O/C and E/F and short circuiting facility. The breaker should be suitable for 240 Sqmm cable as incoming and outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick including GI strip 25 X 4 mm as earthing lead connected with bolted and reverted to earth plate at one end in and including salt charcoal alternate layers including 40 mm GI light grade pipe and 20 mm medium grade watering pipe buried directly in ground including necessary excavation earth work completing all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Quoted rate shall included for PCC, funnel etc and earth leads up to 7.5 Mtr
