Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth work complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of cement concrete 1:6:12(1:cement :6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 Sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and plinth level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement:6 Sand) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in C.M 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of door, windows, clearstorey windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position in 1st Class deodar wood complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing 40x3mm flat iron hold fasts 40cm long i/c fixing in frames with 100mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm in CC 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x 5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:-Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M. S. flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grills complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) complete in all respect as per the directionand to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angle chamber and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortor 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

40 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 ggaded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement base concrete (to be paid for seperately) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstorey windows including black enamelled iron but hings with necessary screws 45mm in 2nd class Deodar wood 40 mm thick complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutter, using GMS wire gauge of IS desiganation 85G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, window and clearstorey window i/c bright finished/back enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screw 40mm thick IInd class deodar wood complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new concrete/masonry/asbestos/cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with ready mixed primer complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

Distempering (Two Coats) with oil bound washable distemper for approved brand & manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over & i/c a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand & manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortor dropping & other foreign matter & also i/c preparing the surface even & sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (Two Coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and slopping with ready mixed paint other than white complete in all respect as per direction and to the ntire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surface after and I /c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxide/ zinc oxide complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge within all lead and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamal paint to give an even shade i/c cleaining the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction fo Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing of M.S. sliding door bolts anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. (300x16mm)

Providing and Fixing of M.S. Tower bolts (barrel type) anodised transparent with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with n all leads and lifts. 250 X 10 mm

Providing and Fixing of M.S. handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.125 mm
