Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring and M&L for submain wiring in PVC conduit with two runs of 4 Sq mm and one run of 4 sqmm for earth continuity 1100 v grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH grade copper conductor cable single core multistranded drawn through and including 25 mm dia PVC rigid connduit includung accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring and M&L for submain wiring in PVC conduit with four runs of 6 Sq mm and one run of 6 sqmm for earth continuity 1100 v grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH grade copper conductor cable single core multistranded ISI marked (IS 694) drawn through and including PVC conduit of size 25mm dia including accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified

All as per Item No 3 here-in- before but with 4 Runs 10 Sq mm and 1 runs of 10 Sqmm earth continuity conductor all as directed

Taking down unserviceable MCB distribution board, S & F SPN 4 way of any size and capacity double door with suitable busbar including disconnecting from mains and making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed. Make- Anchor/Havells/Legrand.

Taking down ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep from any height and bringing down to floor, dismantling the ceiling fan, re-assembling the ceiling fan and refixing in position after repairs. Note: Spares will be measured and paid separately
