M&L Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/ wood based materials of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/ iron of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of wall removing nails including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) , filling undulation and holes with putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller finish complete all as directed.on walls etc.complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls, chajja, projections including rubbing down and stopping nail holes etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9lit/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade applied (@ 0.72ltr/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster a, etc complete all a specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of stone masonry/brick/concrete surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on surfaces of brick work/ stone masonry /concrete surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM 1: 4 to ceiling,finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls by applying chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering and evenly applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls shafts by cutting & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical (each plant 100 ML) in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0(1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as directed by Engr In Charge (Chemical :- Gramzone/Roundup or equavalent suitable chemical to remove/destroy the plants/roots)

Note for all the items of BOQ :- (a) Materials shall be procured from manufacturer / authorized dealer. Minimum 50% of total required quantity of material as per CA shall be brought at site after sample approval but before commencement of work. The materials will be kept in the store in joint custody as specified in PS-II and same will be issued as on requirement basis. (b) Contractor shall provide all safety equipments and shall be fully responsible for the safety measures to be provided while executing the work. Necessary safty tools, scafolding and belt shall be provided by contractor. (c) The shade of colour for all finishes shall be approved by GE. Colour of Borders / lines may be different from the colour of building and nothing extra is admissible on this account.
