OD83067/2026-2027:Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for Passenger Lift for a period of 5 years after the Defect Liability Period (DLP), including monthly preventive maintenance, routine servicing, unlimited breakdown maintenance, testing, adjustment, and replacement of all consumables, spare parts, electrical, electronic, and mechanical components (including Drive, ARD, COP, LOP, control panel components, cabin lights, fans, alarm buzzer, door mechanisms, travelling cables, machine parts, ropes, guide shoes, and all other accessories) required for the safe and satisfactory operation of the lift. The rate shall include all labour, materials, tools, transportation, consumables, testing, and incidental charges complete. Statutory inspection fees, licence renewal fees, and insurance charges payable to Government/Statutory Authorities shall be borne by the Department.
