The bidders should have at least 3 (three) years of experience in transporting horticultural equipment (horticultural Bio inputs) of the Horticulture Department.

Bidders/Contractors to provide a copy of the supply order received from any government or semi-government organization in respect of transportation

In view of the need to supply horticulture equipment to the Department and the District/Taluk level offices of the State under the Department, the bidders must mandatorily submit copies of at least 3 or more vehicles of various capacities and approved by the Government of Karnataka.

The bidders shall submit the documents shown below from 3(a) to 3(k) duly attested through K.P.P.P

PAN REGISTARATATION COPY

The bidders shall submit a certified list of vehicles owned by them indicating complete details. i.e. copies of vehicle registration certificate, insurance, roadworthiness certificate, vehicle condition certificate, national/state license and other tax certificates duly attested.

Bidders shall submit their landline number, mobile number, authorized email address, postal address on their company letterhead, self-attested copies of all the above documents.

Bidders should be registered under K.P.P.P.

The bidders shall submit a certified list of vehicles owned by them indicating complete details. i.e. copies of vehicle registration certificate, insurance, roadworthiness certificate, vehicle condition certificate, national/state license and other tax certificates duly attested.

The loading and unloading of equipment will be the responsibility of the bidder.

Confirmation letter regarding income tax return filed for the last three or four years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

The bidder shall submit a certificate from a Chartered Accountant regarding the provision of goods and services for the last three or four years of annual turnover (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). (At least three recent years must be submitted).

GST Registratation copy
