Construction of Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC) with supply & fixing of PP Clamp Saddle manufactured by injection moulding (virgin resin of PE-80/PE-100 having blue /black colour using food grade compound raw material with quality assurance cerificate for usage in drinking water system and having working pressure of 10 bar for 65 to 180mm dia main with 1/2" service connection) and supply and fixing of required materials such as Non-return cum flow control valve (with all three parts made by using solid steel bars of 316, wth CNC machine make and of 15mm dia designed for 5 LPM discharge @ 0.50 bar pressure loss, not exceeding the flow of 7 LPM at 1 bar pressure and working on float principle as per CPHEO manual), compression fittings (ISO:17885-2015, PN 16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80 having blue colour. Raw material must be as per BS:6920 for effect on water quality, should have moulded in SS 304 threded insert outlet with threded dimension conforming to IS 554/1507 which are Compression male/female threaded adaptor (with SS insert D20 mmx 1/2"), Compression male/female threaded elbow (with SS insert D20 mmx 1/2")), including supply, delivery and fixing of 15mm dia GI pipe Medium Grade as per IS1239 with necessay GI fittings including 20mm dia HDPE pipe 16 Kg/cm2 pipes, earth work of trench excavation up to 0.50m depth) and 12.7mm dia Brass Bib cock(long body) Indian make heavy duty tap etc. complete on 90mm Dia on new Line

Cost,Supply and fixing of Name Board of size 1.80Mtx1.20Mt with M.S.Squarepipe of 40mmx40mmx3.2mm for verticals 2No-3.9mt each, Horizontals 2 Nos-1.8mt each and back support with M.S square pipe of 25mmx25mmx2.6mm verticals-2Nos-1.20mm each for 18mm guage GI sheet board of size 1.8mtx1.20mt and painting with enamel paint as per instructions of Engineer incharge and fixing in the ground in concrete including cost, conveyance of all materials,fabrication charges,painting and labour charges etc complete.
