M&L for preparation of old black bituminous top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete in all respect as specified & directed

M & L Applying tack coat catoinic emulsion RS-I grade ,2.5 Kg/ X Sqm using mechenical sprayer complete in all respect as specified & directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled & compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of VG-30 at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix complete in all respect as specified & directed

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust & mud of water scoring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying catoinic emulsion @ 2.5Kg RS-I grade per 10 sqm and filled with bituminous premixed carpet mix, 25mm consolidated thickness, with 0.33 cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder (paving bitumen of VG-30) per 10 SQM, rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with power road roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne complete in all respect as specified & directed

Providing & laying design mixed, semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with power road roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tnk heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T& P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, gease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

S & F road signs such as hazard marker and direction arrow sign of standarad size (consisting of 450X300mm each) 1.5mm thick mild steel sheet boards (of equilateral triangle of size 600mm) of standarad size with supporting fixing metal details (of 100mm dia medium grade mild steel pipe of height 2700mm ht) embeded in ground with 300X300X300m size PCC (1:2:4) including necessary excavation, painting over one side of board and over pipe, primer, welding etc. and S & F 1mm thick hexagonal pattern retro reflective self adhesive plastic sticker sheet of approved colour as per size, design, and one another hexagonal pattern retro reflective self adhesive plastic sticker sheet laser cutted figures such as direction signs, photoes, words and alphabets. The specification and size as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Uni-directional reflective bollard made out of 18 gauge steel CRC sheet in conical shape having bottom dia 200mm and top dia 150mm of height 900mm. Base welded to a hexagonal sheet of 18 gauge CRC of size 300mm. Top end closed with a pair of steel sheet discs. Bollard to have a circular direction indicating sign of 300mm dia CRC sheet 18 gauge with frame of 25X3mm MS flat sign supported to pair of discs with a MS pipe of 20mm dia. All heat process black coated and baked to 120°C OR powder coated to make all weather resistant over a coat of red oxide stoving metal primer base. S & F solar road delineator consisting of 6 LEDs of colour red/ yellow housed in alumunium/plastic body. LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside the polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage. System mounted over 47 mm dia mild steel tube powder coated of length 600 mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground. S & F in cat eye Road stud sloar reflective type of ABS body of size 100X100mmX20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction all as specified and directed.

S&F all directional retro-reflective round delineator LONG STAND POSTS made out of 12 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 110mm and of length 1200 mm. Post powder coated in black colour and having two retro reflective white bands of width 150mm as per IRC-79-1981. Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage. The same is embeded in ground with 300X300X300m size PCC of 1:2:4) and necessary excavation, the cost of PCC and earth work is deem to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old undecorated steel surfaces with pre mixed steel filler used as putty and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

S & F Road Safety convex mirror of size 600mm dia having polycarbonate body, unbreakable orange colour including mountined over metalic stand not less than 65mm dia pipe duly painted of standard height 150cm. All steel parts black powder coated to make all weather resistant. The same is embedded in ground with 300 X 300 X 300 mm size PCC of 1:2:4 including necessary excavation, the cost is included in the item.

S&F stainless steel (Grade 304) composite section of hollow pipe/tube, flat, plates, angle section, fancy pipe top caps etc. of for sign board welded with stainless steel rod, of any size, shape, description including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick aluminium composite exterior grade plane panel sheet of approved colour size, shape, description for base of sign board including necessary stainless steel nut bolts fixed on stainless steel section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as foundation filling and mass concrete for post complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick hexagonal pattern retro reflective self adhesive plastic sticker sheet of approved colour as per size, design, pasted on aluminium composite panel exterior grade sheet including laser cutted figures such as direction signs, photoes, words and alphabets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F delineator DA-74 Two high performance 100mm Dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm are fixed on both sides of Guide Post. Reflectors are positioned at the best eye guiding level, The body of Guide Post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1010 mm height,The same is embedded in ground with 300 X 300 X 300 mm size PCC of 1:2:4 including necessary excavation, the cost is included in the item.

M&L speed bump made from heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear property. UV stabilized black & yellow combination high reflective reflector having L=70mm, W=23mm available on both sides in red and yellow colour with H= 50mm, W= 380mm, L= 500mm all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
