Removal of surplus soft disintigrated rock to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soft/ disintigrated rock) exc 250m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm spread thickness, soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix having minimum flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm in field with using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of concrete laid to level, gradient and camber including using necessary form work where required, tickness of PQC 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, stone masonary work built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only quantity of PCC bond stone to be deducted from quantity of random rubble masonary.

M&L for Precast PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bond stones in lieu of stone bond stones, set in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfacae not exceeding 20mm to face stone (Lime or sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complet all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone boulder or broken stone hand packing (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on LT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including testing complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Old spacers obtained from taking down of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and deemed included in quoted rate by bidder.

M&L for galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4 mm dia continuous earth wire on pole or guard wire for proprecting fallen overhead condudtor including winding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing of existing ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Adjusting & tightening of stay assembly wherever required. (iii) Trimming/cutting of all trees branches upto 1M distance from nearest conductor/earth wire as directed at site. (iv) Old spacers (if any) of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of three Phase, 4 Wire, AC Static Direct connected, Smart Prepaid Energy Meters, Complying to BIS-16444, ISI Marked in existing Meter Board/ Floor Panels, current range 10-60 Amp, 240 V, accuracy class 1.0 UC1 category and above along with inbuilt load control switch, containing provision for TOD & RTC, capable to define multiple tariff slabs. Meter Should support the following data : (i) 15/30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, daily and monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand (ii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable for mdm/billing software and prepaid features would be operable for MDM / Billing end as per IS 15959 part 2. Note:- (a) The meter should be capable to run in both prepaid and postpaid mode (b) The meters would carry 5 year Guarantee for free replacement, thereafter it will be the responsibility of the service provider of the OEM to ensure the serviceability of meters for a further period of five year without any extra cost to department. The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the item. (c) In case of Cellular communication such as 4G, NB IOT, 5G etc, the meter should be demonstrated working with more than one telecom service provider available in Clement Town area. (d) Meter should be integrable to third party software. Meter vender should provide all the necessary protocols and passwords including LLS key, HLS key, authentication passwords, encryption password. (e) Meter shall be supplied with repeater battery backup of RTC (f) The new meter will be fixed inside the existing MS/CRCA enclosure (g) Other specification of meter shall be all as specified in PS( (h) . The rates quoted for this items are deemed to be inclusive of all other additional works including materials which is not mentioned here but need to be executed for proper and smooth functioning of pre paid smart meter system.
