I / We hereby agree to render consultancy services as defined in the agreement form and also agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the said form. My/our fee for above mentioned architectural cum design consultancy services will be the percentage hereby quoted of the estimated cost of Rs.2,78,56,000/-which is as per estimated cost worked out by the Corporation or as per the actual cost of the project. This offer is valid for a period of 45 days initially from the date of opening of the tenders by the Corporation & further automatically extended for a period of further 45 days.
