Supply of following chemicals for regeneration of water treatment plant to be supplied as and when required as per site requirement.
Industrial Salt NaCl
Supply and monitoring of below mentioned chemicals and any other chemicals as required for maintaining Condenser Cooling water quality with chemical parameter as per recommendation of OEM for Condenser cooling water systems connected with chillers plants to prevent scale formation, corrosion, algae formation & bio-fouling so as to maintain the approach temperature of chillers within 2 to 4℃ and monitoring of chemical treatment, water analysis including providing the dosing pumps, dosing tank etc. as required and as per the scope of work & Particular Specification enclosed at Annexure-'A' complete as required. (2 no. cooling tower rated 375 TR) a) Scale & Corrosion Inhibitor (Minimum Qty 50Kg/Month for 2 towers) b)Scale Dispersant (Minimum Qty 30Kg/Month for 2 towers) c) Biocides (Minimum Qty 10Kg/Month for 2 towers) d) Bio-Dispersant (As per requirement) e) Sulphuric acid/ PH Controller (Minimum Qty 150Kg/Month for 2 towers) f) Labour component for Dosing and monitoring purpose (a) to (f) - 1 Job

(Minimum Qty 50Kg/Month) b) Biocides. (Minimum Qty 7 Kg/Month) c) Labour component for Dosing and monitoring purpose (a) to (c) - 1 job
Replacement of existing 500 liters water tank with 1500 liters triple layered, cylindrical vertical water storage tank made up of 100% virgin polythene material, along with new inlet outlet connection, new piping & valves including making the system into complete serviceability and put into operation etc. complete as required for commission of regeneration of water treatment to softener plant extra as required.
