Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Supply and installation of Hercules or equivalent as per approved make list of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawing and direction of engineer- In -charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminium base member, self aligning/self cantering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTMB221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor / floor to wall expansion control system for various various vertical location in load application are at hat accommodate smulti directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. system shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project condition and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designe of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading reqirement sand secured to base members by utilizing manufacture's pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates/moves in all direction. The self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow free dom of movement and flexure in all direction including vertical displacement. provision of moisture barries membrane in the joint system to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement all as per manufactures design and as approved by engineer-in-charge.(Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.): Hercules or equivalent as per approved make list Floor to Floor/Corner Expansion joint system for 50mm gap. NOTE: The contractor must submit the guarantee / warranty certificate for minimum of 5 years. Tentative drawings for execution of work is attached in tender at page No.48.

Supply and installation of Hercules Floor combination joint system comprising of water barrier which is fixed at mother slab lavel to make the joint water tight, a top plate is placed on the top fixed with the aluminium extrusion as per the drawings, the top lavel of the joint system is filled with the hercules compression seal. The whole assembly is designed to bear the pedestrain load and shall have movement capacity of +/-50% of the total joint gap: Hercules or equivalent as per approved make list roof to roof expansion joint system for 50mm gap. NOTE: The contractor must submit the guarantee / warranty certificate for minimum of 5 years. Tentative drawings for execution of work is attached in tender at page No.48.
