PUMPING Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and depth as required to provide space for repairing of 200 mm bore DI/CI (Class ‘B) pipe line, bailing out water from the pit/trench for repair the pipe line including cutting of existing damaged/leakage portion of pipe line as required length (max 1 Meter) and fixing/jointing of 200 mm bore including new CI /DI pipe line of 200 dia of required length at site with rubber rings, D clamps & detachable joints & nut bolts of suitable size and testing of pipe line to arrest the leakage to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in each layer. Cleaning of RCC OHT water storage tank having 18/21 meter staging of 50000 gallons cap located at MAP Accn area & main pump house area having two compartments including bailing out the dead storage water by means of pumping or by manually and taking out of mud/sludge/soil and applyng with two coats of white wash to all internal walls & portition walls and writing down the date of cleaning, cap of under ground storage tank with white synthetic enamel paint of 40mm size over the back ground of black paint at the place as shown all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Cleaning of RCC Semi under ground water storage tank of 1.0 LG capacity located at main pump house area having two compartments including taking out the dead storage water by means of pumping or by manually and taking out of mud if any and applying with two coats of white wash to all internal walls & portition walls and writing down the date of cleaning, cap of under ground storage tank with white synthetic enamel paint of 40mm size over the back ground of black paint at the place as shown all as specified and as directed by EIC.

All as per item Ser No 91.00 here-in-before but 1. 5 LG capacity at Banar.

Material & labour for taking out old PCC vent pipe of any size and fixing of 150mmdia PCC/RCC vent pipe at roof of semi UG sump of 1.5-2.0 feet long including drilling in roof of sump of suitable dia mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of iron angle, MS sheet, grills, pipe lines with suitable colour after scrubing & cleaning of old rusted surface by spray painting system/machine making rasing and distribution line indication arrow mark with black paint and writting letter not exc 30 cm height of letter on motor capacity ,installation date etc complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge

Cutting of PCC floor for trench/drain or making holes in the building walls for passing of cables/earth strips & drain pipe as required on site basis and making good surface with cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge

M&L for stone masionary squared rubble walling jodhpur type brought uptocoursewell bonded bedded and soliding hearted built will cement mortor 1:4 as per pecpcified as dirtected by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendered 10mm thick plaster wall/surface for two coat as per specified as dirtected

M&L for white washing on fresh plaster wall/surface for two coat as per specified as dirtected

Supply only D Climp/Flat clamp and plug for arresting/breaking of unauthorised tapping complete all as specified and dirtected by EIC

Supply only ARV PVC ball as per existing size suitable for eisiting size of air release valve complete all as specified and dirtectedbt EIC

Servicing of motor under minor maintance of 15/20/30 HP motor gressing check leakage nut bolt tighting checking lose electrical connection etc complete as per specified as dirtected by EIC

Disconnect water and electric connections submersible pump/motor, lifting from bore hole, dismantling submersible pump upto 5 HP capacity, carrying out minor repair/maintenance work, replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt, washer etc including necessary cutting, grinding, drilling, machinery/lathe work for fixing of spares and re-assembling the same, returning back after repair, reinstalling /lowering in original position, reconnecting water and electric connection, water proof insulation tape of length 3 Mtr, width 20mm for jointing the submersible cables and testing, provision of SWG wire suitable gauge for holding the motor with tie outside complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
