Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) including providing and fixing of frame work all as per detailed specification noted in Special Conditions of work Clause 2 c & d and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting.

Providing , laying and grouting Anti-skid vitrified tiles of minimum 1200x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours & shades in flooring, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477, in average 6mm thickness including grouting the joints of width 3 mm , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Purchase price of tiles at site to be in the range of Rs. 60/Sqft to Rs. 70/Sqft.)

Acoustic linear batton Cladding Hunter Douglas/NISHABD SLATS- Wall Supply & installation of NISHABD Slats made of pinewood E1 grade fiber board, Melamine laminated finish Hunter Douglas/Nishabd, groove perforated slats L16-3/L23-3/L32- 3/Customized - (3mm grooves Slats @16mm centres) back lined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, of size 192 &128x2440x15/17mm thick having base density 700Kg – 800 Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. Applying one priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture,With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Supplying and fixing FACT Logo in 6mm fusion work Glass with colouring and 4mm mirror backing (size 1.8mx1.13m) as per approval of Engineer In Charge

Providing and fixing wallpaper made of a paper base with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in finishes such as matt, semi-gloss, or high-gloss. The wallpaper shall be durable, with high resistance to scratches, tearing, and abrasion. It is scrubbable, washable, and moisture-resistant. The material should have good light fastness to prevent fading and must meet applicable fire safety standards and installation shall be as per the manufacturer's recommendations. . The wallpaper should comply with ISO 9001 standards for quality management . Payment is based on the area covered, measured in square meters. The scope of work also includes labour for installation, tools and any fittings required for installation.

Supplying and fixing Picture Display Panel/ frame for displaying photographs of FACT made with BWP grade plywood with 1mm laminate (Merino, Green or equivalent approved brand) and shall be finished with boarder as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(size 600 x 900 mm Aprox)
