Assembling/Erection of Toilets / Baths (303 No.) before yatra along Baltal Axis (From Nilgrat to Holy Cave) and enroute yatra camps including disassembling and storage at SASB stores after yatra - 2026

Assembling of Toilet/ Baths at designated sites from Neelgrath to Holy Cave and enroute yatra camps (before commencement of Yatra) including: i) Carriage of Prefabricated panels and other parts from store to site of installation by mechanical transport and head load within 01 km lead. ii) Minor repairs such as denting, Patching, welding and fixing of aldrops and handles etc. iii) Supply of nuts and bolts etc of required size. iv) Fixing of disposal PVC Pipe, Bends, Tee etc., with all carriages of material up to working site. v) Minor repair to concrete bases including carriage of materials etc.

Supply of P.V C. Items for repairs the disposal pipe line of toilets including all carriages of material up to site of work from Neelgrath to Holy Cave and enroute Camps i) PVC pipes(110mm) -- 100 no. x 3m

ii) PVC Bends (110mm)

iii) PVC single equal Tee: (110x110x110mm)

iv) PVC coupler (110mm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all sorts of carriage upto site of work (Mechanical and Head load)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete using 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate including all sorts of carriage upto site of work (Mechanical and Head load)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m. including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth All kinds of soil.
