Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 PCC 1:3:6

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & C sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. as per analysis

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved dalla grit proportion of 1:2:4 as per analysis

Mild steel or iron inplan work as in reinforced concrete or reinforce brick work wrought to required shape as necessary cutting ,bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel its wastage bend hooks and authourise overlaping shall be measured required to proper completion of the work as per analysis

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per analysis
